Section 26 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " treated as a postal voter in ", of the words " treated as a postal voter and against the name of every elector in respect of whom an application made under section 119B has been allowed in." |
