Section 27 of the Parliamentary Elections Act, No. 1 of 1981 (hereinafter in this Part referred to as "the principal enactment") is hereby amended in the proviso to subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " as a postal voter. ", of the words " as a postal voter or to an elector in respect of whom an application made under section 127B has been allowed.". |
