Amendment of section 32 of the principal enactment

4. Section 32 of the principal enactment as amended by Act No. 15 of 1988 is hereby further amended in paragraph (a) of subjection (2) thereof, by the substitution for the words the name of each such party or group,", of the words " the distinguishing number of such group and immediately below this,".
