Excise (Special Provisions)(Amendment) Act (No. 40 of 1990) - Sect 12

Amendment of section 9 of the principal enactment

12. Section 9 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in the proviso the subsection (1) of that section by the substitution, for the words ten years of the words five years.
