Excise (Special Provision)(Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 1994) - Sect 17

Amendment of section 32 of the principal enactment

17. Section 32 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:-
(1) by the insertion immediately after the definition of " agent " of the following new definitions : "
(2) the substitution for the definition of "manufacturer or producer" of the following definition:-
(3) by the insertion immediately after the definition;'; "quarter" of the following new definition:-
