Replacement of section 7A of the principal enactment
3. Section 7A of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor: -
7A. The expenses incurred by the Commissioner and the Monetary Board in carrying out the provisions of this Act shall be the Act' charged on the income from the investment of moneys of the Fund.".
