Employees' Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 1971) - Sect 11

Amendment of section 37 of the principal Act

11. Section 37 of the principal Act is hereby amended as follows: -
(a) by the renumbering of sub-section (1) of that section as section 37; and
(b)by the repeal of sub-section (2) of that section,
