Amendment of section 8 of the principal Act

5. Section 8 of the principal Act is hereby amended in sub-section (2) (b) of that section as follows: -

(1) by the omission of clause (ii) thereof; and

(2) by the renumbering of clause (iii) as clause (ii) thereof.
