Energy Supply (Temporary Provisions) Act (No. 2 of 2002) - Sect 14

Contracts and actions

14.
(1) The Energy Regulator shall enter into contracts, for and on behalf of the Committee, in the exercise and discharge of the Committee's powers and functions and such contracts, shall be performed by the Committee, as if it were a body corporate.
(2) All actions in relations to the exercise of its powers or discharge of its functions, shall be brought by or against the Committee, as it were a body corporate
