Employees' Trust Fund Act (No. 46 of 1980) - Sect 11

Reports from the Consolidated Fund to the Board

11.The Board shall annually prepare a report of the work of the Board and forward, such report together with the report of the Auditor-General, before the lapse of the year succeeding the year to which such reports relate, to the Minister who shall table such reports in Parliament.
