| 4. Section 67 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (b) of that section, by the substitution for the expression " on not less than one day of the week, one o'clock in the afternoon ; ", of the following: - " one o'clock in the afternoon on not less than one day in the week, such day being the day immediately preceding a Poya Day or, if there is no such day falling in that week, any other day in that week ; ". |
