Amendment of section 80 of the principal enactment.[ 3, 54 of 1961.]

8. Section 80 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, in subsection (2) of that section, as follows: -

(a) by the relettering of paragraph (a) as paragraph (aa) ; and

(b) by the insertion, immediately before relettered paragraph (aa), of the following new paragraph :-
