Food (Amendment) Act (No. 20 of 1991) - Sect 21

Amendment of section 30 of the principal enactment

21. Section SO of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for the words "Superintendent of Health Services" and " Medical Officer of Health ", of the words "Regional Director of Health Services", "Medical Officer of Health " or " Divisional Health Officer", respectively.
