Firearms (Amendment) Act (No. 22 of 1996) - Sect 14

Amendment of section 23 of the principal enactment

14. Section 23 of the principal enactment is hereby amended to subsection (2) of that section by the substitution for the words "may thereupon", of the words "may thereupon being satisfied that the applicant has the necessary skill to use such gun ".
