Section 20 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for the words "in every national lottery are to be sold , of the words in every national lottery, conducted by the Board, otherwise than under an agreement entered into under subsection (2) of section 14, are to be sold". |
