Finance (Amendment) Act (No. 4 of 2003) - Sect 4

Amendment of section I7 of the Principal enactment

4. Section 17 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of the definition of the expression "specified motor vehicle" and the substitution therefor of the following definition : "specified motor vehicle" means any luxury motor vehicle, any semi luxury motor vehicle or any semi luxury dual purpose motor vehicle;".
