Firearms (Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 1980) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 12 of the principal enactment

3. Section 12 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (2) of that section and the substitution therefor of the following subsection : -
" (2) Every such licence shall be as near as is material in Form D in Schedule A, and shall bear a stamp of sixty: rupees. ".
