Replacement of section 18 of the principal enactment
10. Section 18 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following new section substituted therefor:-
18. Subject to such restrictions or conditions as may be prescribed, the Director may, by sale or otherwise, dispose of the tusks or the carcase, or any part of the carcase, of any dead elephant which is the property of the Crown. ".
