Food Control (Amendment) Act (No. 32 of 1970) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 4 of Chapter 171

2. Section 4 of the Food Control Act is hereby amended in sub-section (3) thereof, by the substitution, for the words " for a period of six months ", of the words " for a period of one year ".
