(1) The Board may make rules on any matter in respect of which rules are authorized to be made under this Act, or which is stated or required to be prescribed. |

(2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the powers conferred by subsection (1), the Board may make rules in. respect of all or any of the following matters:
| | (a) registration of finance companies and the annual licence fees payable to the Board by finance companies registered under this Act; | | |
| | (b) the forms to be used under this Act; | | |
| | (c) the regulation or prohibition of the issue by any person or body of persons of any prospectus or advertisement soliciting the deposit of moneys from the public and the conditions, subject to which any such prospectus or advertisement may be issued. | | |
