Fuel Conservation-Five Day Week Act (No. 11 of 1978) - Sect 9

Regulations

9.
(1) The Minister may make regulations for the purposes for which regulations are required to be made under this Act.
(2) No regulation made under subsection (1) shall have effect until it is published in the Gazette and approved by the Parliament.
