| 16. An officer authorized in writing for the purpose by the Commissioner, may be present at any interview, con- ducted by a licensee, of any person for recruitment for employment abroad for the purpose of ensuring conformity with the provisions of this Act or any regulation made there-under and it shall be the duty of such licensee to afford all facilities to such officer to be so present. |
