Foreign Employment Agency Act (No. 32 of 1980) - Sect 8

Renewal of licence

8.A licence may be renewed by the Commissioner for a period or periods not exceeding one year at a time of application made to him within one month before the expire of the licence if
(a) the Commissioner is satisfied that the licensee ha observed the provisions of this Act or any regulation made thereunder or of any agreement or bon entered into by the licensee under this Act or ha not been convicted of any offence under this Ac or any regulation made thereunder ; and
(b) the licensee pays the prescribed fee for the renewal of the licence.
