Factories (Amendment) Law (No. 12 of 1976) - Sect 18

Amendment of section 43 of the principal enactment

18. Section 43 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: -
(a) by the repeal of subsection (2) thereof; and
(b) by the renumbering of subsection (1) as section 43.
