Factories (Amendment) Law (No. 12 of 1976) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 16 of the principal enactment

3. Section 16 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: -
(a) by the repeal, of subsection (2) thereof; and
(b) by the renumbering of subsection (3) thereof as subsection (2).
