Factories (Amendment) Law (No. 12 of 1976) - Sect 35

Amendment of section 80 of the principal enactment

35. Section 80 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) thereof, by the substitution, for paragraph (aa) relettered by Act .No. No. 54 of 1961) of the following new paragraph: -
" (aa) the provisions of Part V with respect to precautions to be taken in factories where " electricity is generated and to special regulations for safety and health.".
