52. Section 125 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following new section substituted therefor: -

| | (1) Subject as hereinafter provided, the provisions of this Ordinance shall apply to factories belonging to or in the occupation of the State and to building and other construction works undertaken by or on behalf of the State;

| | (2) In this section, " forces of the State " include the Sri Lanka Army, Sri Lanka Naval Force and the Sri Lanka Air Force.'. | | |
