Forests Law (No. 13 of 1966) - Sect 12

Constitution of village forests

12. The Minister1 may, by Order published in the Gazette, constitute any portion of forest a village forest for the benefit of any village community or group of village communities, and may in like manner Vary or cancel any such Order1 Every such Order1 shall specify the limits of such village forest.
