Forests Law (No. 13 of 1966) - Sect 65

Control of forest may be delegated to Conservator

63. The Minister1 may, by notification in the Gazette, declare any reserved forest to be solely under the control of the Conservator of Forests, subject to such restrictions as the Minister1 may from time to time think fit to impose.
