Amendment of section 35 of the principal enactment

10. Section 35 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: -

(a) by the substitution, for the definition of " Ceylon waters ", of the following new definition: -

(b) by the omission of the definition of " territorial waters ", and the substitution therefor, of the following new definition: -
