Finance Leasing Act (No. 56 of 2000) - Sect 2

Finance leasing business to be carried on a certificate of registration

2. Subject to the provisions of section 44 from and after the appointed dale, no person shall carry on finance leasing business, except under the authority of a certificate of registration issued in that behalf under the provisions of this Act.
