| 26. (1) The rights of a lessor under this Act may he enforced against a trustee in bankruptcy of the lessee, or against any creditor of a lessee, including any creditor who has obtained an attachment in execution of such equipment. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1). "a trustee in bankruptcy'" includes a liquidator, administrator or other person appointed to administer the estate of a lessee for the benefit of the lessee's creditors. |
