| 33. (1) The Director or any officer authorised by the Director shall have the power to. examine the books and accounts of a registered establishment, at such time and place as may be specified by him. (2) For the purposes of exercising the power under subsection (1). the Director or the authorized officer may require a registered establishment to produce for inspection at such place as may be notified, any books, records or documents relating to the a! fairs of the establishment and any registered establishment winch fails to comply with such requirement shall be guilty of an offence under this Act. |
