| 37. The Director or any officer authorised by the Director shall not disclose any information or matter acquired in the discharge of his duties under this Act, except- (a) when required to do so- (i) by a court of law : (ii) by the person to whom such information or matter relates ; (b) in the performance of his duties under this Act; or (c) in order to comply with any of the provisions of this Act or any other law. |
