| 16. Where any foreign fishing boat in respect of which a permit has been issued under section 6 is used in contravention of the conditions of such permit, the master, owner and charterer, if any, of such boat shall each be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall each be liable on conviction after trial without a jury before a Judge of the High Court, to a fine not exceeding seven hundred and fifty thousand rupees. |
