| (1) For so long, and so long only, as a declaratory Order is for the time being in force in respect of any country, the provisions of this Act shall apply to, and in relation to, such country, subject to the modifications, limitations or conditions, if any, specified in the Order for the purpose of implementing the terms of the extradition arrangement in consequence of which the Order was made. |

| (2) For so long, and so long only, as a declaratory Order made in consequence of any extradition arrangement is for the time being in force, the Order-
| | (a) shall be conclusive evidence that the arrangement complies with the provisions of section 3; and | | |
| | (b) shall be final and conclusive, and shall not be called in question in any court or tribunal. | | |
