Guides (Amendment) Act (No. 63 of 1981) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 8 of chapter 273

2. Section 8 of the Guides Ordinance is hereby amended by the substitution for all the words from "not exceeding twenty rupees or to simple or rigorous imprisonment for any period not exceeding one month.", of the following : " not exceeding five hundred rupees, or to imprisonment of either description for any period not exceeding three months-".
