Goods And Services Tax (Amendment) Act (No. 11 of 1998) - Sect 6

Amendment of section 7 of the principal enactment,

6. Section 7 of the principal enactment as hereby amended in Paragraph (b) of Subsection (1) of that section as follows:"
(1) in Subparagraph (iii) of that paragraph by the substitution For the words for use outside Sri Lanka'', of the words "for use outside Sri Lanka ; and" ;
(2) by the addition immediately after sub-paragraph (iii) of that paragraph, of the following new paragraph :-
"(iv) international transportation (including transhipment) of goods or passengers.".
