Goods And Services Tax (Amendment) Act (No. 11 of 1998) - Sect 9

Amendment of section 13 of the principal enactment

9. Section 13 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (a) of that section by the substitution for the words and figures "section 10 or section 12", of the words and figures "section 10 or section 12 or is deemed to be a registered person tinder subsection (i) of section 75 ".
