Greater Colombo Economic Commission (Amendment) Act (No. 43 of 1980) - Sect 2

Replacement of section 5 of Law No. 4 of 1978

2. Section 5 of the Greater Colombo Economic Commission Law, No. 4 of 1978, (hereinafter referred- to as the "principal enactment") is hereby repealed and the following new section substituted therefor :-
5. The Commission shall have "jurisdiction of in and over
(1) the Area of Authority ;
(2) any licensed zone ; and
(3) any licensed enterprise".
