Amendment of section 35 of the Principal enactment

5.Section 35 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :
(a) by the substitution in the definition of license of licensed enterprise ", for the words " outside the Area of Authority ; and ", of the words " outside the Area of Authority ; " ; and
(b) by the insertion, immediately after the definition of " licensed enterprise ", of the following new define non .
