Quorum for Annual General Meetings and Special General Meetings

18. The quorum of members required to constitute any Annual General Meeting or any Special General Meeting shall be fifteen: Provided that the quorum of members required to constitute a Special General Meeting convened for the purpose of discussing a resolution expressing lack of confidence in a member of the Committee of Management shall be one-third of the total membership of the Corporation.
