Galle Municipal Staffs Benevolent Association (Incorporation) Act (No. 23 of 1970) - Sect 27

Books of Accounts

27. The Committee of Management shall cause the following Books of Accounts to be kept:
(i) Cash Book,
(ii) General Ledger,
(iii) Journal,
(iv) Loans Register,
(v) Register of Members.
(vi) Register of Death Donation and Retiring Allowance paid to members.
(vii) Register of Administrative Refunds,
(viii) A Pass Book for each member.
