Reenrolmennt of members

39. Any person who has resigned from membership of the Corporation shall be eligible for re-enrolment as a member on payment of a penalty of three rupees and an entrance fee of one rupee: Provided, however, that no person shall be re-enrolled if he has resigned voluntarily on more than two occasions.
