| 44. Any member who fails to contribute all sums due from him to the Corporation for a period exceeding three consecutive months, shall forfeit his membership and all the rights and privileges of a member : Provided that the Committee of Management may at its discretion restore his membership and all the rights and privileges of a member on sufficient proof that the member failed to contribute to the Corporation due to sickness or similar circumstances and on payment of all arrears of dues to the Corporation. |
