7.
| (1) The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules of the Corporation, for the time being in force, be administered by a Committee of Management consisting of six members to be elected at each Annual General Meeting, in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules of the Corporation for the time being in force. |

| (2) At every first meeting of the members of the Committee of Management after their election, a President, a Vice-President, an Honorary Treasurer and an Honorary Assistant Treasurer shall be elected by each such Committee from among their number |

| (3) The Honorary Secretary of the Corporation shall function as Honorary Secretary to the Committee of Management. |
