Government Officers' Benefit Association (Incorporation) Act (No. 27 of 1971) - Sect 13

Debts due by, and payable to, the Association

13. All the debts and liabilities of the Association existing at the time of the coming into operation of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted, and ail debts due to and subscriptions, contributions, fines, and amounts of loans and advances payable to the Association shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
