Government Quarters (Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 1981) - Sect 3

Replacement of section 5 of the principal enactment

3.section 5 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor:-
5. A competent authority may at any stage withdraw any quit notice or suspend its operation for such period as he deems fit ."
