Gampaha Wickramarachchi Ayurveda Vidyalaya (Incorporation) Act (No. 30 of 1982) - Sect 10

Fund of the Corporation

10.
(1) There shall be established a Fund called " The Gampaha Wickramarachchi Ayurveda Vidyalaya Fund" (hereinafter referred to as " the Fund ") for the maintenance and welfare of the Vidyalaya.
(2) Parliament may from time to time vote sums of money to such Fund.
(3) Such sums of money voted by Parliament shall be disbursed only with the approval of, and under the super vision of, a committee consisting of the following:
(a) the Commissioner of Ayurveda who shall be the Chairman of the Committee ;
(b) the President of the Palaka Sabawa ;
(c) the Treasurer of the Palaka Sabawa ;
(d) the Secretary to the Ministry of the Minister in charge of the subject of Higher Education or his representative ; and
(e) the Secretary to the Ministry of the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance or his representative.
(4) The accounts of the Fund shall be audited in accordance with Article 154 of the Constitution.
