| 10. Any vacancy in the office of a member of the Council shall be filled by the appointment or election of a member, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of this Act. Any person who has vacated his office as a member, otherwise than by removal by the Minister or the Council, shall be eligible for reappointment or re-election as a member, as the case may be. |
